Technical Support Is Offered In Two Flavors:
- A one time charge of $39 per incident (one specific software issue, pursued until resolution). You will receive an immediate refund of your $39 if the issue is due to a software bug.
- An annual fee of $299 for a support contract (see below for benefits).
Whichever option you select we will do our very best to give you excellent service.
Support Contracts Include:
- Unlimited phone support and training incidents for the year
- Email questions answered within one business day
- Priority support request form online

- Available during EstiMate Software office hours, 9am-5pm EST
- Assistance with any question you have about EstiMate
With or without a Support Contract, you are entitled to:
