Technical Support Is Offered In Two Flavors:

  • A one time charge of $39 per incident (one specific software issue, pursued until resolution). You will receive an immediate refund of your $39 if the issue is due to a software bug.
  • An annual fee of $299 for a support contract (see below for benefits).

Whichever option you select we will do our very best to give you excellent service.

  • Unlimited phone support and training incidents for the year
  • Email questions answered within one business day
  • Priority support request form online
