At EstiMate Software we are committed to protecting your privacy.  We use the information we collect from you to process orders and to provide you with timely and informative news about our company's events and specials.  We do not sell or rent your name or any other information about you to an outside party; and information you submit to us does not reside on-line, but in our own personal in-house database.

Information we collect and why we collect it
When you order, we  need to know your name, e-mail address, shipping address, phone, fax, credit card number, and expiration date.  This allows us to properly process your order and ship it to you in a timely fashion.  Any other information we request such as how you heard about our company or any comments you may have is strictly optional and is used only so we can more properly hone our advertising and marketing strategies.

When you fill out other forms in various sections of our web site, we simply use this information to contact you and establish a one-to-one relationship.

Measures we take to protect your information
When you place orders, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us, and the orders are then retrieved via a secure, encrypted connection.  This means that when your information travels from your computer to our server, and from our server to our database, it is encrypted every step of the way.

Will You Sell My Information To Anybody Else?
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending an email to sales@estimatesoftware.com and ask not to be included if we ever choose to do so.
